SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Most in-stock items are prepared and sent within 1-3 days, and generally arrive in Israel 1-5 days later, and internationally within 14 days.  

Please note that delivery times are based on estimation provided by the carrier only, and are not guaranteed.

 Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt ,such duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the customs authority of your  country and depend on a number of factors such as country

of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates and local import taxes.it will be your responsibility to pay them if and when asked to by your local authorities.

STANDARD SHIPPING – shipping cost 25 ILS.

JEWELRY SHIPPING - standard shipping- 20 ILS

EXPRESS - DOOR TO DOOR - 70 ILS

WORLDWIDE –

STANDARD SHIPPING – shipping cost 85 Shekels.

EXPRESS - DOOR TO DOOR - shipping cost 150. If possible.

Please be aware that this may not include any taxes or duties in your country.

rETURN AND EXCHANGE

We hope you are happy with the items you purchased. If  you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange any item (unless specifically indicated otherwise) within 14 work days of shipment arrival. 

IMPORTANT! Before you send your items back to us, please contact our customer service (info@shirlyhalperin.com). You will then receive return instructions by email. Do not send anything without contacting us first, as this may lead to longer handling time and additional delays. 

We do not process exchange/refund requests once 14 work days have passed since delivery. 

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size or another item subject to stock availability upon receipt.

Any returned items must be shipped/post marked within 14 days of receipt in their original condition. 

Items that were worn, washed modified or missing tags will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, even if your order included free shipping.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your returned items arrive, you will get an email notifying you of the fact. 

Once we inspect the item, you will receive an additional email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your request.

If the return is accepted, you will be automatically refunded through your original method of payment. 

IMPORTANT! If you haven’t received an approved refund within a reasonable amount of time, please contact your credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

All prices in our online shop are in ILS₪ (Israel currency). Customer will be charged in ILS₪.
